Long Son Island

Long Son Island, (South) Vietnam

A much younger me, on an isolated and (then) unfriendly
island off the VN coast. Now, Long Son Island is a cultural
attraction - rightly so -with its ancient history, and religious sects.

TECH: The negative (developed in dirty, warm D76) is ruined through
lack of proper fixing, and fungus. This old print, made in 1968,
survives. Most of the images made in that era were developed
quickly, and often printed when wet especially 'recon' photos. hide exif
