As of this photo we are about ready to roll although still waiting for a few parts from Pico (glycol unit for the fermenter - using the old Remcor for now, heat exchanger - using old Hearts in interim, second wort pump), G.W. Kent (oxygenation stone, hops screen, Triclover fittings) and Omega who can't seem to make RS-232 work in their controllers.
