Tony, I am absolutely blown away by these photos. I was thinking 'I can't even come close to the timing needed to get these kind of photos with the DMR and R-8. When I saw that you used the D2x and the VR lens it made me feel a little better but no less amazed at your photos. Since you were using the 18-200 VR zoom I'm curious whether you used the high speed crop function to fill the frame, and get the much higher frame rate. I know when I used that function on my D2x and 80-400 VR zoom I get really tight framing and a much higher sucess rate in a sequence of picture though I have trouble with the camera follow focusing well. Again - outstanding photos and thanks for sharing them.
