Ya, A table! If you look at the attached photo you can see the tables.

Pretty simple, lower the car until the engine/transmission rests on the table,
unbolt engine & transmission and Lift car. No funny angles, no crawling around on the floor.

The lower shelf’s on the tables serve as a place for the engine parts as you disassemble the engine. Ingenious huh?
