April decided this was the day to venture out for a stroller ride with
Ellie so I decided to doll her up a little before leaving for work.

NOTE: I have been experimenting with some softening techniques lately.
I have become a fan of Diffuse Filter (Filter>Stylize>Diffuse). This
image has Adjustment Layers (Levels, Levels Soft Light and Saturation
set at -50%). I then applied Diffuse, Dry Brush (4 brush size and 8
detail) before resizing and applying Diffuse once more.
