Journalists

While covering the war in the former Yugoslavia I shot pictures of the journalists I worked with. I had been more of a commercial editorial photographer before going to the war. Shooting pictures of people at work was the sort of photography I did in San Francisco, so photographing the journalists at work in the war seemed natural to me. I wish I had shot more...

Great to see all the old gang again, James. Some of us are still out there - I met up with Alan Little and Maggie at the Frontline Club in London recently; and I went to Lottie Eagar's wedding (Lottie was with the London Observer during the early days of the war, then to the Sunday Telegraph). And Vaughan Smith and I were both in Afghanistan this Autumn. But we're a dwindling band! Thanks for this, buddy. Robert Adams, Frontline TV

Thank you for this. It certainly does bring back the good/bad old days of working on this story. Also got a chance to remember old friends and colleagues from this story. Although still in Zagreb, all this seems so far removed from current life..
