A Man Called Bonefeather

Wire wrapping one of the stones he picked up at the Quartzite Rock Show.
I was driving through Cool Springs out on Route 66.
Bonefeather had a sign up that said “Free Lessons”.
I had to see what this was about so I went back!
He will teach anyone how to wire wrap a
piece of jewelry in about 5 to 10 minutes.
He also will show you how to cut and carve antler (bone) feathers
for pendents and ear rings in a matter of a few more minutes.
Of course it takes a lot longer because you want to listen
to his reasons for teaching and great back story!
So next time you are rolling down Route 66 through
Cool Springs, Stop! It’s worth it!
