Taking Five

One of the downsides of the digital age is the distractions.
Computers, phones, I-Pads, all with cameras.
Toss in digital streaming and 500 channels of the TV
Then there are DSLR’s that are a huge distraction.
We only have 40ish long summer days
and some are already spent.
All I know is I stare at to many screens
and need to use these days wisely.
So I think I need to take five!

Clever shot emphasizing the sore eyes. I'm hooked with the DSLRs - given up TV (except news). V

That sounds like a wise idea to me. Enjoy your time away from the electronics.

You do have a point. I spend an inordinate amount of time sitting in front of the computer. I'm drawn to it and it's not good.
Despite all that, the time you took to make this picture was well worth the effort.

the data blitz can be dizzying...good idea to take a break, and the longer the better too...best is to get out in the real world, and push aside the media facsimiles..
