14th April

The Saturn broke down this morning
so we were down to 1 ferry all morning,
we wont be seeing these ferries soon(well, unless you go to Dunoon)
because MV Argyle, MV Bute's sister ship is due here at the end of the month
so the old streakers will be off into retirement...

Hi, very nice photos. Bute was at Rosneath for most of the winter, although it was in George V Dock at Braehead for a while between February and March. John

Hows the comparison in size between the bloke on his own and those huge old ferries!

I like the fact that one guy has his own individual transportation.
Great shot of the harbour Zak.

A nice shot of the two vessels. They look worthy, still.

I wondered where the "Bute" was all winter though. I think she rolls dangerously in any kind of swell. High centre of gravity compared to the streakers.

Anyway a nice shot of the two sister ships Zak.
