8th November

This pic reminded me of the Cravendale Milk tv ad,
the Milk that's so good 'that the cows want it back' (© Cravendale Milk)
and the cows follow you round trying to get their milk back heheh

its been raining as you can see in the pic, although its drying up abit now.
We didn't suffer as much as the islands above us on the map did in last nights storm
although we did lose a few tv channels for a few hours
but at least we had power, unlike some... (link to bbc news website)

And people say cats are curious! The same thing happened to us in Vermont. We stopped to take some photos and cows came from out of nowhere. Beautiful creatures. I'll have a veggie burger in their honor. :-)

Nice one Zak, a regular sight in our part of the world, especially at milking time.
They cross the road at 4.00 pm and stop all the traffic on the main Macc/Stockport Rd for
10 mins it's absolute chaos.

I think this is a very moo-ving picture.

Dundee seems to have escaped the storm. These must be the chocolate milk cows.

I thought cows were supposed to lie down when it was going to rain. Do they get back up again when it starts?
northstar3708-Nov-2005 22:04

Sheena Woodhead08-Nov-2005 22:02

They look quite friendly, unlike the ones down here, got to watch them.
viljamix08-Nov-2005 17:51
Once again they caught you with the camera ;-)

Very fine models. What did you offer them?

Fine shot for a guy trying to dry out. I love the path shot below.
BTW, here in SoCal the Ads are about "Happy Cows" who talk about their idyllic life.
