3rd March

yep, i've been at Ettrick again today heheh
This is just along from the tearoom there,
it actually runs along side an access road to a farm out there,
I took the bridge pic below in the same location :-)

yesterdays pic got quite a few comments! the most i've had for a long time!
Thanks to everyone who commented :-)
If you go back and look at yesterdays pic, a link has been added to one of Stu's pics
of the Cabbies Rest taken sometime in the 1960's :-)

Looks like a great spot. Reminds me of fun building little dams as a kid in rivers much like this when I lived in Edinburgh way back.

Tearoom. Ah, I am looking forward to a decent cup when I get home on Sunday...

Lovely, Zak. Put those boots of yours on, and take a walk along the shore to Kirkmichael Bay! It's well worth the effort for the views across the Kyles to Kames and Tighnabruaich.

This is nice Zak. Did you have any cake at the tearoom?

This looks a nice place. Good composition with the reflection of the tree in the water.

Idyllic indeed. Your becoming quite a gad-about for padding now. Good shot.

The idyllic-ness, I like the other two as well. Always nice to see the wreck.

This is lovely, Zak. Makes me want to sit on the bank and hang my feet into the water.

Can't wait to see this in the sping and autumn as well Zak, everything is so green at the moment. Looks like this would also work well in B&W.
