Good find. I had a wander around some years back, but found only some building rubble (sandstone blocks) and bits of wall, and the easy one of the stairs, but never had time to scour properly. Given the way the ground was razed, I'm amazed that survived, but then again, a 'big house' on ground near me was also razed, yet its fountain was left untouched. Coincidentally, also some stone steps that led from the garden to the banks of the River Clyde,

Fountain used to have a face built inside where the water came out !
