I love coffee time - its a time when most people stop rushing about, sit with
friends and chat or just sit quietly working on a crossword or reading a book,
but then I'm a retiree. My favourite coffee is the one made with this pot, a
soy latte, and this is how I make mine. I half fill my coffee mug with lite
soy milk, pop it into the microwave for 1 minute on high, then top it up with
freshly brewed coffee. I can generally get 3 mugs of coffee from this pot
which is sufficient for just me and maybe one other person.
