Motels look similar around the world. I am in one right now but on the 13th floor about a mile from Disneyland. good image.

I know of a motel on the Texas coast that looks a lot like this called the Oasis....looks like a nice little place. A kind of place I would likely stay in.

The hotel could easily be in Southern California with the architecture, vegetation and light.
