Maggie and I went to Yuen Long, New Territory on October 13 to visit our friends who were back to HK from Vancouver for the semi-annual clansman ancestor oblation ceremony. I last visited the place in the 60s and now it has become one of the major satellite towns in Hong Kong. There’re many interest places to visit ( http://www.go2yl.com/). So we plan to come back next year, says, in April and spend a night or two at our friends’ house.
There were occasional showers thus I switched at the last minute from Nikon D3 to Lumix LX3. For post processing I used Photoshop and the Nik Plugins (Silver Efex Pro, Color Efex Pro 3.0, Viveza and Dfine).
PS: Shan Pui River made the headline in 2004 for the crocodile ‘Pui Pui’.
