Out here in the Western United States, summer brings wildfires. The late summer brings dry trees and brush as well as lightening storms and fire bugs (the human type unfortunately!). Lots of damage is caused every summer to homes and habitat.
the same is accountable in the Australian summer, and most of the fires are lit by pyromaniacs, with disastrous results,
only they don't catch the firebugs
a great reminder that we should be careful with fire in the dry season
