Weather is strange. The whole day it was hovering around 80F and it was bright and sunny and hot. As the evening grew darker, and the moon came out, the clouds developed a nasty temper. By midnight, there were lightning strikes almost every half a minute. I could hear the wind wail, and the thuders roar. This morning there is no trace of it all. It is bright and sunny again.

I've never tried shooting lightning before. So it was worth staying up a little late to try. It took a while to get the right settings, but now I think I am more or less there. I hope for the sake of my photography there are more such events.
