You have such a wonderful idea here to capture and grace the older generations through your photography.
I just hope that next time you photograph our older people, that we see less "couch" and surroundings and see more of their FACE which is the true tale of their life to us and why we ALL should grace ourselves at age 70 and meet you to get our photo taken..

Bless you for this gallery. The cult of youth, all the money, pain and despair spent on trying to retain it---they all backfire by sucking the joy out of our lives as we age. Thank you for showing that women over seventy have intense expressions and real bodies. It gives courage to all of us headed in that direction to see people enjoying their lives.

what a unique and lovely gallery - thank you for posting these images and to the man who left a comment "do you think your subject wants to be seen like this?" Why would they have posed if they didn't? These are beautiful women who have experienced lifes up and downs --- women do not become invisible once they cross over into their forties, fifties, sixties, seventies or eighties! IMHO there is nothing sexier than an older woman - and by the by - I'm 44!
