This particular car is now resident in the UK, having been imported early in 2020. It is unusual in that it is fitted with a 350 Chevy and Tremec five-speed.

Hey this is a great looking car. I also have the same car but in not so great shape. Where can you find parts for this year and model car as i am finding them hard to find.

1952 Mercury Custom Four-Door Sedan. Mercury was all new for 1952, and as before the war, once again was based on the Ford platform, losing the individuality it had enjoyed from 1949 through 1951, when it had its own platform and more closely resembled Lincolns than it did Ford. The '52s had a clean, fresh, modern appearance and lacked the bulky bathtub look of its predecessor. The car pictured sold for $ 2,040 when new and was Mercury's best seller that year. The car rode a 118 inch wheelbase and was powered by a 255.4 flathead V-8 developing 125 horsepower. Mercury introduced a new pillarless two-door hardtop body style that year in the Monterey series, and at $2,225, it sold a respectable 24,453 copies.
