The vehicle was locked, with the steering wheel locked, and the parking brake on, sitting in 1-2 feet of clay loam. The 'owner' never made a payment, and ran when he ended this last joyride. Why they put the parking break on, I don't know. I unlocked it and placed it in neutral, but it didn't really help all that much. I hooked it and dragged it towards the driveway to avoid the house and the trees, repositioned the wrecker, and then pulled it straight towards the street. The loam was so thick and sticky I had to position my wrecker so the support beam hit the curb to avoid wenching the 13 ton wrecker into the loam with the Honda. Other than the clay loam, there was no damage to the house or vehicle.
