03: men/animal

The contrast of different faces.

A falconer and his eagle owl at the Muttental festival on sunday.
The Muttental is part of the Ruhr valley with several small castles, a museum within a former coal mining factory,
and a historical coal mining railroad with a number of small trains, mainly for children nowadays.
The falconer was showing his beautiful birds in the garden of one of the castles.
Will post more of them tomorrow.

Pardon the way that I stare:
There's nothing else to compare...
...Can't take my eyes off of you.

(Frankie Valli)

Here´s also another wildlife shot. One of my remaining monochromes from last month:

The owl seems to be contemplating... planning an escape perhaps? :) V

I once had a teacher who's face resembled that of an owl. And he had an owl belt buckle!
