Thank you, Bev! I picked up the dining room set at an estate sale for $500.00! I had it refinished, but the upholstery is original. The set is solid mahogany, and came with a full set of pads, even one for the buffet.

after your "invitation" on the forum, i just had to take a peek at your dogs...but the dining room stopped me dead--your walls and that rug are very bold and really rather gorgeous! good going!
