If it had been partly cloudy we might have hung around longer hoping for a cloud to cover the sun for a few brief seconds to help even the light out a bit. But there was nary a one to be had. We had planned to check out the smaller falls on the way back, but the sun didn't have us very enthused. I did go down to the top of one and was getting ready to climb down some rocks for a better view when I spotted a couple making out on the other side. Don't know if they spotted me and I didn't have a long enough lens to get a good blackmail shot, so that was it for the day. We'll be back on a better shooting day!
