Im having trouble figuring this one out too. Ruth is right, it's a Borage. Forget-me-not of sorts? Myosotis spp.? Here is a list of all the Borage in idaho.

Something in the Boraginaceae, Great patterns (think Italian or Turkish mosaic ceilings) on the back of the beetle or weevil, too! --Ruth
