Named for the store where the ingredients were purchased, this busy-day soup was concocted by reheating some Pacific Natural Ginger-Carrot-Cashew soup with browned chicken pieces and onion slices long enough to cook the chicken well. Thyme was also added, as were salt and black pepper. Oh, yes, cooked rice was also added during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
