May 25: Munchrooms

I missed the first three minutes of footie to buy these mushrooms, and therefore the the first goal!! Photographing them made me overcook, the pizza. Still, it tasted good, if a little crunchy around the edges. Nothing but trouble these mushrooms. Oh and congrats to Liverpool on their somewhat heroic win!

You know, I love this one. Wonderful tones and textures. I like the simple elements.

I've noticed that every time Linda is away you make Pizza. When Jeremy is ill or away I make Lasagne - it's the only thing I can do.

Kim - it's a piece of black velvet about 3' x 4' that cost about £10. One of the best value bits of kit I ever bought!

Ok novice photographer here! How do you get that completely black background?
I love these types of shots.
Thanks

Crunchy, yes. But very tasty. Although my round one had less, er, 'character' than your giant ducks foot shaped one.

Maybe the boys won because you bought these?
As usual, I think you have done quite well lighting and tone. The texture of hte chopping block is a nice touch.
Cooking for yourself eh with Linda off in Korea?
