Today, I definately saw Santa

I thought I saw him the other day, but didn't get the shot. This evening I was ready with the long lens and tripod. Good of him to stand so still for the 1/4 second exposure!

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel
1/4s f/11.0 at 300.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

If you REALLY saw him you MUST have been at 'World's End Garden Centre' in Wendover, because that's where he is this year! I know, because I phoned Selfridges, Hamleys and Harrods to find him. A pretend Santa was at Harrods, and the silly people must have thought he was the real one because there was a 3 hour queue to see him. Selfridges and Hamleys don't have a grotto this year, so he can't possibly be there, so we went to find him on Monday.

WE FOUND HIM!!! At the 'World's End', and there was a big grotto - MUST SEE! I know he was the real Santa because he told us he was... and Santa never tells lies! Funny, I didn't realise he was a Cockney!

He wasn't illuminated when we saw him though, so this must be a party trick he tries when he's had a few (that's why he has rosy cheeks!).
