It is a great house, but kinda stuffed on the lot. Our little house was only 16'X24' but with a big back yard....room for an asparagus bed, as they always say in the real estate ads .........................................they don't?

The Friedman's lived in the best house on Cabrillo Ave.
Steven & Antonio have lived there for years now.
It's on the historic register of houses for Venice, but I forget if Abbot Kinney himself lived there or if it was someone else. There's a pretty high fence with vines all the way around now, so you can't really see the entrance anymore.
