I have an old print of this , but just as a portrait of Tony with even half of the deck cropped out. Perhaps I was annoyed by the KKK grafitti that just happened to be on the wall behind them. Of course, today, the combination of the two, plus the deck, make the picture.
Perhaps I was having a premonition of the future. Nowadays the clan shows up at out Gay film festival to let us know that God hates us. If there's a hint of rain they quickly remove their white robes, put them on wooden hangers, smooth the wrinkles, and cover them with dry-cleaner plastic...
I'm sure they were just about to wrap this deck in soft tissue and store it away carefully in the atic, in order to get a better price on ebay 20 years later...
