OMG, I lust love the photos dawlin, that turtle could have bit your hand off. But they didn't so good job, i am just dyin to get those pictures. You did great girlfriend .

Donna, I love turtles and I love you photos, thank you! As a child, my nanny used to tell me that if you get bitten by a turtle, (s)he would not let go until there is thunder!

hi Donna, you definitely found a snapping turtle- nice shots! I wouldn't put my hand as close as you did though, they can move pretty fast and have a very mean bite :)
