Nikon D700 testing

March 6, 2009:
Iīve had the camera for 2 days, of which Iīve been working 24 hours... So, no REAL testing yet, just fiddling around and Iīm really amazed by the lack of noise on hight ISO settings, nothing at ISO 1600 and just a tiny bit at 3200.
Promising for the concerts in May!
Real photography tomorrow, I have the day off. Working nights all weekend.

January 18, 2010: Letīs say I donīt regret buying this camera! OR the 24-70mm 2.8 and 70-200mm 2.8 Nikon lenses that followed. Used the 70-200mm for all concertpics in London on spring 2009 and for a lot of dogphotography. But the perfect match for the camera is the 24-70mm 2.8 Nikon lens. It pretty much lives on the camera. And the D300 holds the 105 mm macrolens most of the time. 70-200 lens is too heavy for everyday use, but I love it for concerts and agility contests.
