In love with those colors.
Great shot - despite the bright colors, something very sad about the scene - it's because the doors are all open and gone. It's like the machines have been used and now are lonley.
I love the colors in this photo. An ordinary place is transformed into extrordinary by the use of color, angle and repetition.
Making great use of limited space.
This is beautiful!
OK so you weren't tempted to put the camera on self time, then nip in to wash your levi's quickly?
How many hours have I wasted in a place like this because it is supposed to be 'a great place to meet women'? Well, truthfully, not that many. But still...
The teal/gold combo rocks, by the way.
Reminds me of the movie "my Laundrette"...!
Where have all the baskets gone? : )
I just realized what this reminds me of! The movie "Pecker"! Excellent movie about a photographer.. Edward Furlong? (tell me I'm not alone)..
Ana Carloto O'Shea
Funny... I've always thought that shots such as this sucked... How come you've made me change my mind Mr. O'Shea???
Seriously now, this is really interesting in terms of perspective and colours (it looks really eighties kind of decor...) that man hidden there on the right looks perfect to me... Well caught :))
How do I say "OMG you ROCK!" without seeming like a teenager with no education?
well, these colors are so fantastic.. as is the perspective and .. well, everything.
!! J'adore, couleur, lumière, composition... dans un tel lieu!
The evening was new and alive with promise. My jeans were tight with cologne. My complexion smoothly shaven and glowing more giddy than the fabric softener advertisement.Little lures of odd socks deposited into their hungry faces.Waiting in ambush like my eyes churning behind a yellowed smutty novella. The parade of blondes and redheads would migrate through the humming neon.I ran my paws through my ruffled mane, asserting my domain prescence. There would be puzzled looks of plaid sock mingled with cherry pantie. And I,the hunter would be there to answer the call of the game.
