Superbe, Niall!
Opposite eyes, colours.
Place the persons are in the frame.

L'opposition des sujet et le "va et vient" des yeux de celui qui regarde est une réussite
Encore un petit bijou Niall

This is just awesome, Niall. The look on that woman's face just says it all.

I like the indifferent pose of your actual models!

Nice capture! Beautiful colors in it.

Wow,oh wow!!
Guest 29-Mar-2005 03:48
A textbook example of how to properly compose a shot.
Exceptional colors as well.
Guest 29-Mar-2005 00:06
This is funny, it's like they don't even know the other is there!

I LOVE the colors here, the red bag against that blue is what makes this "pop" for me!

Beautiful image, Niall! The clor of her coat blending in with the wall off to her right is really nice. This might look good in B&W but, to me at least, the lack of color of the part of the image the boy is in, contrasting with all the color in the part the woman is in is especially nice.

I always welcome suggestions but b & w in THIS image? Fuggedaboutit! :)
Guest 28-Mar-2005 23:41
i like it very much, two attitudes with different energy separated by a padlock!! each world is closed to the other one! :) i'd even like it more in b&w i think...

About their mouths.. they are alike.. therefore the relationship theory. :D
jude28-Mar-2005 23:38
Strangely like two photos spliced together, as Antonio said two different worlds.
But look closely at their mouths.. this makes me see that she's run into a friend and is having a smoke and endless conversation while her son is trying to entertain himself.
Just how high can he reach on that pole if he jumps repeatedly? Excellent in every way.. once again.

I've gotta believe this would be even better in black and white. It's the action (or non-action) of both that commands attention and not the hues. Try it out...

i'm with Antonio...

Damn this is good !! Superb tight crop, two actions, two different worlds separated by two lines and caught by a single caption !!! Superbe !!!
