Sorry I missed this two years ago!
really great photo .excellent shot.the gallery is really great as well.voted.cheers.
Wow, very powerful, scary shot. .This looks like a shot from a film..... for some reason it makes me think of a French film I saw recently, 'Irreversible'.
I love this!!
......!!!!!!Is that you???
How deep is despair?!
Wow. I really can't say more (the stating of which is usually a prelude to me saying more...) but this one really hits me. The lighting and mood really pack a punch. Very beautiful, in its way, as well.
Yes, you are there, it really looks as though you are occupying the same space I was.... - it's really GOOD Niall - I love it. When I saw the other shot, I thought you'd changed your mind!
Again Niall, a great photo. Weren't you cr@pping it that someone tried to make off with your camera?
This photo touched me too. Very well done
"MY CONTACT!! I'VE LOST MY CONTACTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!
The perspective of the endless tunnel behind you leading to light is excellent. The darkness and vulnerability envelops you and so deep is your fugue you cannot see it, maybe frozen to turn to the light. This "hums with religious devotion, with sorrow - humble, mendicant, shrouded" .. I heard that once - words that ring true and deep.
You're making it hard for me to have a favorite photo in your galleries, Niall. Your two photos today are remarkable..
Very well done, this photo touches me very deeply.
Standing on a platform waiting for the train, an image of someone always about to leave.
That was written to me once.
I too feel despair and such a deep melancholy. Evocative well done imagery.
Very cool image! I love the lighting and the starkness of the tunnel .. the pose is in keeping with the surroundings and emotes a sort of dispair or disconnect ... Very evocative!
