Gentleman putting on goggles and holding a black caary bag seems to be in front of room No 31 of King Edwards Hostel (Now Dr Rajinder Parshad Hostel). This room was much bigger in size and would accomodate 3 boarders during the days when I was in Central Hindu College between 1957-1960
