- 22nd April 2005 - Toussled Tulips

Had a useful day in the garden, but I must empty the wheelbarrow sometime soon...

The usual dilemma of choice for the PaD. Was going with the barrow shot, then had a last go at the tulips. The PaD is a crop of a distant zoom shot. I did do a macro shot shown full frame here,

but preferred the PaD at the end of the day... mainly because of the black triangle in the lower left of the macro image and the slightly different angle. Anyway, these are the same tulips that were shot in the sunshine on April 12th.

They're now in the toussled stage, and appealed! No sun on them today though.

Enough here for a party so I'll bring the wine! Red or white?

So simple, but then so complex when you look in detail - nice one.

Crisp and fresh ... I love it! What a dilemma ... too many images to choose a PAD from ... if only I had that problem on a regular basis, lol! :)

This is an amazing brilliantly colored photograph. But it is more than the colors. The pedals are mesmerizing, their shape and sharpness are beautiful.

Very good shot. As for the wheel barrow, let it go a while longer and just say it is a mobile planter.

I can see why you had problems. They all look great. I do love the layers and the streaks of red in your choice for PAD.
