- 8th Jan 2005 - Tsunami Concert

I make no apology for the quality of the image
Thanks to Cathryn for taking the photo
This is the band at the end of their spot

It was a wonderful night - that wouldn't have happened
if the tsunami hadn't struck, so in a way I wished
the evening hadn't happened. However it raised on the
night over £10,000 all of which will go to support
those who need it, and I suspect far more once the
leaving donations are counted. Not a lot in the global
scale of things but something concrete from a quite magical
musical evening....

Yep I'm on the photo - wonder where :)

It was a 'powerful' night all round.

I was going to guess somewhere in the Brass section - someone beat me to it! Wonderful idea to raise money and awareness!

Middle of the three guys on the right with the, umm... big brass instruments..?

Congratulations on raising that much money, that's brilliant!
