One of the rare instances where you have managed to photograph feelings. She seems tired or confused here, perhaps even sad, as she grips the railing with one hand to keep her balance and holds her face in the other.
The calendar and clock mark the present, the painting the past, and the little photos stuck into its frame suggest lost fragments of her life. The chair and stuff coming out of her back are irrelevant, but do not distract us from the point here.
