When you get color like this, try different white balance choices. The blur in the person works. The blur in the station does not. It is hard to get a stable image at 1/4th of a second, even with image stabilization. If you had changed your ISO to 400 you might have solved the problem. And don't worry about the noise at 400 --that only matters if you are making a large print.
