Truly a lovely portrait, Mo - the colors are very special and richly defined in contrast to the white in the robe she wears You have framed her within a frame, which adds depth. The dark background makes her pop out at us. If you had been more conscious of your edges, you probably would have backed up a bit to complete the framing by including the horizontal door frame at the top, as well as allowing more room for the vertical frames to breathe at the sides. It is would have become an even stronger image, giving us more of a feeling that we were peeking into her home at her. Yet as it stands, it is still a very expressive image. And if you can learn more about framing from this shot, it will be even more valuable to you.
