This shot works for me as a design element with a strong abstract diagonal and repetition of the monk's heads of uniform color and shapes and size. Bur I find it interesting that each monk has a completely different outlook towards your camera...the first one is curious enough to stare into the lens, the second is shy but a little curious, the third may be politely looking away, the fourth and fifth monks look like they are studying your camera intensely, the last one is completely hidden by the others, perhaps too far away from your camera to care.
