In early October of 2004, my parents, my brother and his girlfriend, and I went to visit relatives in the Mid-Hudson Valley area of New York. We also stopped to see Kaaterskill Falls and the site of the Catskill Mountain House. We were very lucky - the weather and the autumn leaves were gorgeous for the whole week we were there. The leaves had just started turning when we arrived and were gone not long after we left.
