I played around with three wide-to-ultra-wide lenses at close focusing distances to have fun and compare. For these shots, I used the Canon 24-105, the Canon 24-70 and the Canon 16-35, all on the 1D Mk III. I tried to get most of the shots at the minimum focusing distance (although I pulled back on a couple).

Note that these were all taken using a hotshoe flash handheld because I was too lazy and spur-of-the-moment to set up a tripod and an off-camera flash so sorry if the lighting is uneven and things aren't as sharp as they could be!
