While out running errands on a grungy day I had taken my 1D Mk III camera and the 100-400 lens with the 1.4x Teleconverter to see if I got inspired to take some pictures somewhere. I ended up going into a nearby park, where I first encuontered a little Robin in a rose garden, and then a couple little squirrels in a nearby patch of trees. It was a gloomy day to start with so I struggled to get a good exposure, and then in the middle of the park it began pouring rain, so I trudged back to my car and left.
