*I am continuing to update my PAD entries with photos from our Cayucos vacation*

We took a late afternoon walk on the beach today after lazing about all morning. Along the way, we came upon a wiener dog who trotted down from
her house on the cliff overlooking the beach. She ran across the sand and right up to us with a worn and dirty tennis ball in her
mouth and nosed it to us to throw. Over and over we threw the ball. Her dad said she plays this game all day long with any beachcomber
who will participate. On our walk we came upon this staircase, a favorite sight of mine.
