Wow, that's a good looking guy. I had no idea what a midge was, or what the diffrence in distiction from regular flies would be. But from looking at your larva shots, I assume since they larva are aquatic it might have something to do with it. Always know I'm in for a surprise when I check your updates. Thanks Tom, you make a great contribution to the insect community with such a varied amount of shots. Something few have attained in recent times, I'd think.
