Like the Milford Track, the Routeburn Track is one of the most iconic walks in New Zealand. I had the pleasure of walking this track in November 2008. The 32km Routeburn crosses Mt Aspiring and Fiordland National Parks in South Island. It has the dramatic and alpine environment with stunning views on nearly every step of the walk. We extended our stay in the beautiful area by conneting with the Caples Track. Another amazing experience in New Zealand.
