1-7 August 2009: Spent a full week hiking Australia's most famous walking trail - Overland Track. While this track gets many visitors in the main hiking seasons, there's hardly anyone hiking here in the harsh severe winter months. We hiked from Cradle Mountain and went as far as Pelion Gap before returning. We got a mix of rain/hail/snow but no sunshine... Still another fantastic week of adventure.
