OMG!!!

It finally installed!
The 30 day trial installed and worked fine, of course.
As soon as I paid for a license, it took 3 tries to download their updated version
(hours and hours with high speed internet).
Then 2 days trying to get it to install.
It was easy - buried in their help screens it told how - just turn off all your security
and disable everything that makes your machine run efficiently. No problem.
Of course the shit doesn't work without crashing and probably won't until version 8.3!
But they have my money and that is more important than testing a product BEFORE you sell it...

It is so frustrating. Should not be so difficult. I have a high def Sony HD camcorder that I'm trying to download and view files right now. I am in my 2nd day of this process. The software is rubbish. Support is non existent. All this from a $1400.00 piece of equipment. Great video, horrible customer support.

agree with Walter... Im a very happy Mac user...
no crashs no viruses easy install software is working...

You would not have these problems if you used a Mac, at least I never do. I left Windows behind years ago and have never had any computer problems since then.

Sorry to hear you are having such a problem but my son said he has heard that a lot of people who buy the download have problems with the install. The disk version works good.

We plan to buy the disk - hope it's better than downloading. It will be interesting to see what you think when it's up and running correctly.

I think a lot of the problems have more to do with Windows then with Adobe
