Cheesecake!
My wife doesn't make it very often, but it is so much better than
the New York style cheesecakes that are so prevalent around here.
It is made with cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
I like it because it is very similar to the cheesecakes I had as a child.
The libation is Talisker from the Isle of Skye.
